Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. La maison est idéalement située dans l’entre deux mers sur le côteau du village de Lamothe-Landerron. Le point de vue unique ainsi que le calme de son environnement, sublimeront votre séjour. Vous pourrez admirer la plaine de la Garonne depuis la piscine qui surplombe la vallée. Le matin, le petit déjeuner peut se prendre côté Sud au bord de la piscine ou côté Nord, donnant sur la vigne, la forêt et les champs environnants.

Nestling on the heights of a hill in the heart of nature, at the gateway to the Dordogne (4 km from the bastide town of Eymet), you will be charmed by this fully-equipped family gîte for 6 people (up to 8 on demand for an additional fee) , a restored tobacco barn from 1922. A beautiful private swimming pool, heated from May to September, awaits you, out of sight, with its equipped relaxation areas. Our house is adjacent to the gîte. Discover châteaux, bastides and local farmers' markets.

A Little Luxury Home in the Center of Eymet

Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.

Favreau. Large stone built house with pool

Set at the end of a tree-lined driveway, Favreau is nestled amongst 10 hectares of grounds with views over the surrounding countryside, orchards and vines. A traditional rustic farmhouse, which is full of charm, with a private heated pool in a stunning and secluded setting. 4 bedrooms, the 5th bedroom is a very large children's dormitory. No more than 10 adults and a maximum of 13 guests, including children aged 18 months and over. Favreau is not wheelchair-accessible.

La terrasse semi-ouverte, vous offre la possibilité d'y manger et de vous reposer sur des chiliennes. La piscine de 5x10m est à votre disposition et uniquement pour vous.
