Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

Our beautiful holiday home is located conveniently near the Mannum Township. Just a short 5 minute stroll to Mary Ann reserve and the Main Street. The living and kitchen area flows conveniently to the balcony which overlooks the waterfront. You will have your own private beach, area for swimming and docking your boat. This apartment has a king bed that can be split into x2 single kings, as well as a fold out single sofa. Long term stays available. Linen and towels will be provided.

Located in the heart of Mt Buller, this two-storey apartment is perfect for families. The light-filled, open living/dining area and large kitchen makes it great for groups and families alike, with easy access to the runs and a quick walk or shuttle to the village. We do require guests to provide their own bedsheets and towels, pillows, doonas and blankets are provided.
