R&R Cottage

A quant 1930s cottage in a peaceful setting located within walking distance of the Ava Square. This 2 queen bed (plus queen sleeper sofa), one bath cottage is the perfect spot for a little R&R. With a park like backyard you won’t remember you are close to downtown shopping, the local Saturday farmers market, and coffee shops until you want the convenience. Close to Branson shopping and shows, area lakes and rivers, a trout farm enjoyed by people from all over the world and great hiking trails.

The Grainery with Hot Tub

Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. Ole 76 Cabin

Bring the kids and escape to the country for memories you won’t forget. Located above the Beaver creek at the Beaver Creek Campground, this cabin is one large room, with a Full Size bed, and one set of bunk beds. Furnished with a mini refrigerator, and microwave. An outdoor picnic table, and fire pit are located out front, for your convenience. The bathhouse complete with showers, is located down the trail. The general store located on the property is well stocked with the essentials.

Janie Holler Hide-a-way

Come stay at the ranch! As we no longer need a farmhand, we are offering the cabin as a place to relax and enjoy the Ozarks at their finest! Come enjoy stunning views, sunrises and sunsets, fresh country air, starlit skies, and of course, cows. All from your porch. The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Park your vehicle in the shop beside the house. Live the simple life!

Cozy Country Studio

Enjoy a countryside retreat! Our family-friendly studio apartment is quiet and cozy, with no one but birds and cows as your neighbors (and us! We live in the main house.) Our studio is the perfect getaway or stop along your travels. Full bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and wi-fi. Enjoy our 1/2 mile nature trail, woodland picnic area with fire pit, & playground! Accommodates up to 3 adults + a baby, 2 adults + 2 children, or 1 adult + 3 children. Cannot house 4 adults. (See bed arrangements!)

The Dickey House, Prairie Suite

We are actually about 15 miles southwest of Ava on highway 76 near Goodhope (there is no address on GPS for more exact location).
