With open kitchen, large dining area and living room with fireplace and lake view, this house is perfect for a romantic get-away, large family or group of friends. Stunning views, garden, parking, elevator, terrace, barbecue, indoor Jacuzzi, hot tub, sauna, gym, kayaks, stand-up paddle, steam oven, laundry and well equipped kitchen are some of the many comforts this lovely house offers.

C’est en empruntant la rue en pavé ou les escaliers qui mènent au château d'Erlach qu’on rejoint les rêveries, ancienne maison datant de 1486. Le logement ( 75 mètres carré ) est entièrement rénové, meublé avec passion et soin. Il traverse la totalité de la maison, côté sud, une terrasse ombragée et un jardin enchanteur vous séduiront. Votre bébé est le bienvenu. Je ne reçois malheureusement pas les enfants à partir de deux ans. Le mobilier et la décoration sont toujours en mouvement.

Im Storchendorf Altreu gelegen, steht das Tiny House direkt am Aare-Flussufer auf einem Campingplatz und bietet gemütliches modernes Wohnen mit bester Aussicht aufs Wasser. Voll ausgestattet, jedoch auf das Wesentliche reduziert, ist dieses Tiny House der perfekte Ort für eine Auszeit. Praktisch vor der Haustür lädt das Naherholungsgebiet "Witi" mit seinen grossen Naturflächen zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren ein. Gleich neben dem Campingplatz befindet sich das Restaurant zum Grüene Aff.

Perfectly connected to public transport and with your own parking place across the street. 5 minutes walk from the historic center of St-Blaise, 10 minutes to the lake and the vineyards above the apartment. It would be a pleasure to welcome you in our cozy apartment in the midst of blue.

Maison Verdeau – Charmantes Ferienhaus mit Charakter, direkt am Murtensee Nur wenige Schritte vom See entfernt – ideal für Morgenrunden am Wasser oder einen erfrischenden Sprung ins kühle Nass. Der authentische Charme des Hauses mit Holzdetails, einer Lounge-Terrasse und einem Tischfussball sorgt für ein entspanntes Ambiente. Aktivitäten für alle: Egal, ob du die Natur erkunden, dich am See entspannen oder die historische Altstadt von Murten entdecken möchtest – alles ist in der Nähe.

Duplex on the Lake

Our 'Duplex' in the old town of Vevey can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 2 small children. On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.

STUDIO, de 25m2 et mezzanine de 10 m2 sont situés sur le devant de notre maison. Il se compose d’une grande pièce avec bloc cuisine, table à manger, canapé-lit 2 places. Douche à l’italienne, WC. Une Mezzanine avec lit double. Ce studio est équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer/table à repasser, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, four, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain et TV avec Swisscom-Box et WIFI. Place de parc. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.

Das Wichtigste: Nach knapp 100 m seid Ihr am wunderschönen Sandstrand von Salavaux. Dort könnt Ihr am Flachufer Schwimmen, Plantschen, Beachvolley spielen oder auch Kayak und Pedalo mieten. Mietmöglichkeiten für grössere Boote beim Campingplatz Avanches. Am Strand gibt es eine Buvette und ein kleines Restaurant direkt am See. Ganz nah dem Haus befindet sich zudem das Restaurant Equinoxe, etwas weiter jenes des Campingplatzes von Avenches.
