Erdgeschosswohnung, sehr zentral gelegen! 1 gratis Parkplatz! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan. Zur historischen Altstadt nur 5 Gehminuten! Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Bahnhof, nur 2 Gehminuten! 10 Min. bis zum See und der schönen Promenade! Kinderspielplatz gleich um die Ecke!

La Vielle-Ville et le centre historique se situe à 3 km seulement. A proximité, 500 m se trouvent le parc des expositions Forum Fribourg ainsi que la salle de jeux du Casino Barrière. Situé à 2 km de la sortie de l'autoroute A12 Fribourg-Nord, Gare CFF à 12 mn en bus et 20 mn à pieds. Centres com à 300 m (Migros, Coop, et Mediamarkt) Restaurant Coop ouvert jusqu'à 19 h lu-ma-me-ve et jusqu'à 21 h je, sa jusqu'à 16 h. Bus ligne 1 (Portes de Fribourg-Marly Gérine) à 300 m pour centre ville.

STUDIO, de 25m2 et mezzanine de 10 m2 sont situés sur le devant de notre maison. Il se compose d’une grande pièce avec bloc cuisine, table à manger, canapé-lit 2 places. Douche à l’italienne, WC. Une Mezzanine avec lit double. Ce studio est équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer/table à repasser, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, four, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain et TV avec Swisscom-Box et WIFI. Place de parc. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.

Loft de caractère au coeur du vignoble

Situation idéale dans un écrin de verdure et de tranquillité. Beau loft neuf de 65 m2, entièrement équipé, avec accès direct au jardin. Place de parc à disposition. A quelques minutes à pied de la forêt, du lac, du Golf country Club et des transports publics. Parfait pour profiter tant de la nature que de la ville. Le loft peut accueillir quatre personnes (lit double et grand canapé-lit). Hébergement durable. Taxe sur les nuitées comprise dans le prix.

La chambre se trouve dans une villa privée à Vesin petit village de 400 habitants dans la Broye fribourgeoise à 5 min de Payerne et d’Estavayer le lac. Idéalement situé à 5 minutes de l’entrée d’autoroute qui vous permet d’accéder dans les grandes villes de Suisse romande, proche du lac de Neuchâtel. Le lieux est idéal pour les personnes qui apprécie un environnement naturel et paisible avec vue magnifique sur toute la région.

Pretty comfortable one-room apartment with parking

Nice little apartment of 43 m2 on the ground floor of a house in the center of the village, consisting of a large room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom which, unlike the room, is tiny but functional. Although the place is exposed to street noise during rush hour, the nights are quiet and the accommodation gives on the terrace side. Buses and trains available in two minutes walk; highway entrance near (Avenches).

This perfectly located accommodation offers easy access to all the village's amenities, such as restaurants, bars, and Denner. It is just 200 meters from the beach of Lake Neuchâtel in Cudrefin. Additionally, the bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away.
