Also only a ten minute walk to the centre of Aviemore & it's local amenities, The village centre connects further trails up to The Cairngorm Mountain ski resort & all the wonderful lochs, hills & wildlife which surround it.

In the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, Garden Cottage is the perfect escape. Relax looking out over the loch, wander the fields spotting the wildlife or take off on foot or bike for a boost of healthy fresh air and a memorable Highland experience. A Highland cottage built in the 1720's, newly refurbished in the spirit of Scottish country living. Tradition, authenticity and fireside comfort complement contemporary furnishings and light airy spaces.

Cosy little cottage with woodburner stove, king size bed, Hungarian goose down duvet and pillows. On the edge of the Anagach Woods with its many walking trails. 10 minutes to the River Spey. We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

The property has an enclosed private garden and a shared driveway for 2 cars. Aviemore town and shops are a 10 min stroll down a lovely quiet lane, banked by views of the mountains and the Strathspey Steam Railway. The railway runs close to the bottom of the garden and is perfect for children (and adults !) to wave at the driver. One dog welcome

Ideal for relaxing and streaming a movie after a fun day in the mountains or Golf Course. Just a 1 Minute walk to the Spey Valley Golf Club and Clubhouse. 10min walk to the local supermarket or 20 min walk into town for many bars and restaurants. On the front door of the property there is a doorbell with built in security camera.

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Nochty Studio |Strathdon |Cairngorms National Park

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

Ideal for couples or a small family interested in exploring Aviemore and the wider Highland area. Comprising a living-dining area with eco wood burning stove, smart HD-TV with Freeview apps and fast WiFi. A well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with kingsize bed, single room with a sofa bed and shower room. We cannot safely accommodate toddlers or very young children under 6yrs. One house trained dog welcomed @ £25 per stay.
