One bedroom cottage escape

Relax and make yourself at home in our charming 1-bedroom bungalow — the perfect retreat for a restful getaway. Featuring a super king-size bed with White Company bedding, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright and comfortable living room with stunning views of the garden. A stylish secluded, two storey, oak framed barn with tennis court, 4 miles from Winchester. Homely space with two bedrooms plus a sofa bed (upon request) and ground floor open plan living area. Super fast WiFi. The Barn adjoins the Watercress Way and stands separately in the grounds with views over open Hampshire fields. Nearest neighbour c.1 mile away but there is loads to do in the area with an abundance of country pubs, one or two within walking distance and beaches within 50 minutes

Yes, that is a hot tub in a Lotus Elan! On the outskirts of Medstead village, in the corner of a field where shire horses once roamed, you’ll find a tiny home like no other. Once hauled to and fro for Polo and Shire shows, The Horse Hut has been lovingly transformed into a luxury holiday stay—while maintaining its horsey heritage. Whether you're soaking in the Lotus Spa or sitting back on the verandah, take in the beautiful vista of the Hampshire countryside and Hattingley Valley.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Luxury annexe near the River Itchen & Alresford

Beautifully decorated studio annex in the village of Ovington - a lovely rural spot yet a short drive from Winchester and walkable to Alresford. Light and airy space - king size bed, sofa, TV, chest drawers and table & chairs. There is a small kitchenette (small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, cafetiere, crockery, glassware and cutlery). Fresh towels, tea and coffee are ready for you on your arrival. A cot and high chair can be arranged on request.

Beautiful guest suite in Hampshire

Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed thatched cottage on the edge of Kings Worthy village, our annex is beautifully decorated and comfortable. With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.
