You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

The Jetty Boathouse offers a cute waterfront apartment with 180-degree views of Brisbane Waters in the quaint village of Saratoga. Indoors boasts two bedrooms, open plan living/dining, and a cinema/games room. Outdoors offers a private deck with a BBQ and an additional eating area. The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish Feb 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $160.

Your clever, compact air conditioned Studio retreat is a 150m (you never need a taxi 😄) level walk to Terrigal 🌈Beach & it's choice of bars, cafes & restaurants. Wifi, USB charge points, kitchenette, coffee machine, linen and a large private balcony with seating for 6 and a BBQ. PLUS bonus Ralph - the border collie may be around! All my kids are adults now, live in Sydney & I want others to have fun in this great Studio. 4pm check out usually OK Sundays. ✔️
