The Peach Suite is a unique little 700-square-foot open floor-plan studio. It's just perfect for two. This little backhouse and the front Garden House (a 100-year-old Craftsman) have been restored and made beautiful again. This unique little studio is on a large half-acre lot in Old Town Clovis, which is close enough to walk to many restaurants and local activities like Farmers' Markets. The Peach Suite has everything you need. The shower and bathroom are small but they definitely do the job.

Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. There is a Roku tv with. Internet is provided, thru Xfinity.
