There is a bonus Clubhouse with ping pong, TV, Bluetooth speaker, outdoor games, large outdoor seating area, BBQ area, and a place to put your surfing gear. There is beach access right across from the driveway. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance from the house, as well as the Koru Spa. Guests will have access to the Kinnakeet pool, Tennis courts, and new Pickleball courts.

It is an apartment. The shower is located directly outside of the room and is enclosed. There is a path to the beach at the end of my street. This room is great for couples or friends. It’s a great place to kick back and chill. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, sound, and bike/walking path on the hwy.
