You won't want to miss the newly updated High Wind Lookout. This spacious four bedroom private home is sound front and canal front with docks on both sides. It's the perfect location for kite surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking and fishing. It is also a short walk to the beach and only a few steps from the walking trail that leads to restaurants, coffee shops and more. High Wind Lookout is noted for viewing the best sunrises and sunsets from it's multi-level decks. Don't miss this shell of a find.

Nestled high up in the pines of Frisco this conveniently located home is perfect for fisherman, small families and water sportsman looking for a secluded space on Cape Hatteras. 5 minute drive to the frisco bathhouse beach and just 10 to the Cape Hatteras light house. Enjoy the open concept living, dining/kitchen area and screened in porch as well as open air deck with ample seating. Mark’s Bunker is located off highway 12 and is surrounded by over 5 acres of undeveloped marshlands.

Down stairs underneath the house, there’s a large outside shower. Parking for max. three cars.

Ocean Minded (The Loft)

Ocean Minded (The Loft) is the top floor of our beach house featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom with peek-a-boo ocean views from the screened in porch. The house is centrally located in Avon on a private, dead end road and is walking distance to the beach, pier, restaurants, food trucks, and a coffee shop. Most of the other houses on the street are privately owned by families that live out of town and are not rentals, giving it a very peaceful and serene feeling.

Sunset Cottage on the Pamlico Sound.

This is a cheerful and friendly cottage on the Pamlico sound, away from the noise. It has been freshly redone and it features a softly lit, under the house deck, with swings, hammock, sand box, toys, chairs and outdoor eating space, also an outdoor shower. Around the corner from us is a boat ramp to drop a boat or maybe some jet skis. The sunsets are relaxing and absolutely stunning. This cozy cottage will call you back time & again! Enjoy your stay!
