Cute older house with modern amenities. Located right downtown within a block from the playpark, Lake Wailes lake, walking path, and the historic downtown shopping area. All of the appliances in the home are brand new, as well as the washer and dryer. There is a large TV in the living room, as well as one in each bedroom - each with Roku and Netflix. Each bedroom also has a mini split A/C unit to sleep as cold, or hot, as you like. Parking is in the rear covered carport.

Lovely home with private botanical gardens right in Sun N Lakes. Just minutes to Advent Health & Highlands Hospital, restaurants and the raceway. Only a mile from the Golf Course. The master has a tile walk-in shower & doors leading to a secluded deck. Split floor plan as the second bedroom has a private entrance and bathroom with shower. The gardens surrounding the home have quiet sitting areas for unwinding after a long day, and a fire pit area.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place,close to Downtown Sebring, shopping,dining places,Lake Jackson beaches,cultural places in town,etc.Also very good location for those guests going to the Sebring Race Track.The house has been renovated but keeping some of the original touches of Art Deco,mixed with a Contemporary and Modern style.Very nice place to relax and unwind your mind and body.
