The living room and master bedroom have French doors out to the screened patio, a beautiful place to enjoy the view & breeze from the lake. Or sit on the boathouse, perfectly situated to watch the sunrise and the sunset! Explore on our Kayaks around the lake & see the beautiful wildlife. Constructed in 1936 this home is nestled within a quiet and friendly neighborhood just minutes from the downtown area and just a short walk to Lake Wailes itself. Although the current owner updated the home with practical renovations, the peculiar house still has the character and features from the time it was built, features that once granted it a place among the pages of Ripley’s Believe it or Not.

The home is very open and spacious with family room, with wet bar, beautiful stone fireplace, and mid-sized pool table. internet is also offered, as well as you tube tv and Amazon Prime streaming packages.
