Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus. Die optimale Lage beim idyllischen Naturschutzgebiet "Völsersee" überzeugt auch durch die nahe Lage an das abwechslungsreiche Stadtleben Innsbrucks. Meine 67 m2 große Unterkunft für max. 3 Gäste liegt direkt im Dorfzentrum von Götzens in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Innsbruck ist mit dem Bus in 15 min erreichbar (Haltestelle nur 2 min entfernt). In unmittelbarer Nähe sind 2 Schigebiete: die Axamer Lizum u. MuttererAlm! Im Sommer ist es perfekt zum wandern und biken mit tollen Einkehrmöglichkeiten! Metzgerei, 2 Bäckereien, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Tiere nicht erlaubt. 1 Parkplatz (videoüberwacht!). Mülltrennung erforderlich.
