El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades: -lavadora, microondas, batidora, tostador, cafetera, plancha, etc. El alojamiento consta de 1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y armarios empotrados, salón comedor, baño completo, cocina y terraza. Todo en planta baja, no hay que subir escaleras. Entrada individual y salida al jardín desde la terraza. Esta temporada vamos a prestar especial atención al aspecto, a la limpieza en el apartamento y a la seguridad sanitaria frente al coronavirus. This light filled penthouse offers every comfort. Though minutes from the town center, this is a quiet getaway where swifts and swallows love to fly by. The house is filled with original art, pop decor and features a 3 meter long sliding glass door onto a balcony with river views. The private rooftop offers 280 degree views of Ayamonte, the Guadiana River and Portugal plus a pergola, fantastic chill out lounge, BBQ, outdoor shower and lounge chairs. El apartamento está situado en pleno centro de Ayamonte a 100 mts de la Plaza de la Laguna , centro neurálgico, donde está el ayuntamiento y todos los servicios que puedas necesitar, supermercados, farmacias , restaurantes , ferry para Portugal. Gracias a nuestro clima de podrás disfrutar durante todo el año de sus terrazas y del campo de golf. El apartamento consta de dos habitaciones , cuarto de baño, cocina y salón comedor con vistas espectaculares. Las puestas de sol te van a enamorar.

Acogedor y tranquilo alojamiento . Recién remodelado y decorado con mucho cariño. Muy céntrico. A un minuto andando del ayuntamiento. Y a dos minutos del ferry a Portugal. Somos amigos de las mascotas. Se portan siempre muy bien . Impresionantes vistas al río Guadiana y a Portugal. Preciosas puestas de sol. Es una primera planta. En la tercera planta, tenemos una gran terraza privada. La terraza tiene acceso independiente y es exclusiva de los huéspedes. Las vistas son espectaculares.

La Casa de Lucía

La Casa de Lucía es una casa amplia de 3 dormitorios en el centro de Ayamonte. Se distribuye en entrada-salón-cocina de 45 metros cuadrados, con balcón a la calle. 3 habitaciones, dos de ellas de matrimonio con camas de 160cm (15 metros cuadrado cada una) y otra con dos camas de 90cm (10 metros cuadrados). Cada habitación tiene acceso a un patio interior decorado con plantas. dos baños de 6 metros cuadrados con ducha e iluminación natural con claraboyas. Aire frio/calor en cada dependencia.
