Cozy studio with all amenities on the seashore(500 m).Large swimming pool complex, sauna, gym free of charge (for guests over 2 weeks). The apartment has a constantly comfortable temperature in both winter and summer (warm floors/air conditioning), no dampness or mold. There is a large outdoor terrace with a sea views.
