Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

We're very dog friendly - we can accommodate 1 well behaved dog. Our home is bright & light and has large living spaces, with the main living room looking out onto the patio and garden which gets direct sunlight all day. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and Nespresso coffee. The bungalow has 3 dining areas - kitchen, dining and garden. Embrace relaxation and coastal bliss in this idyllic quiet coastal getaway.

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

Recently completed and accommodating up to two guests and a pet this is a perfect holiday home for singles, couples and their dog and provides a relaxing and comfortable home away from home experience all year round.

A spacious barn conversion in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Oak Barn Norfolk is a sympathetically, newly converted, barn in the village of Tunstead. It offers 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful double vaulted kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with a cosy wood burner, a snug, 3 bathrooms and a W/C. The floors are natural limestone with underfloor heating throughout. Oak Barn has two outdoor seating areas, a sunny court yard and a fully enclosed lawned garden.

The Buttery at the Grove, Booton

This quirky cottage with two double bedrooms is connected to the Grade II listed farmhouse, but has its own private entrance. The Buttery has been sensitively refurbished, retaining many original features. The setting is one of the real charms, and guests are welcome to enjoy a walk around the grounds. There is also a tennis court, available by arrangement. The west garden is set aside for guests to sit outside.
