This peaceful and private apartment comprises of the whole lower ground floor of a Georgian mansion house just off the A82 set in an incredible nine acre woodland garden with a riverside walk up to a beautiful loch. There is a spacious living room with wood burner and large kitchen with aga cooker and dining. The bathroom features a double ended bath and shower. Glasgow City centre, Glasgow Airport and Loch Lomond are within 15-20 minute drive from the house which has private, secure parking.

Spacious studio with direct access to garden and beach and fab views of the bay and Holy Isle (no traffic). The studio is within a seafront bungalow and has a king-sized bed with optional third bed. It's a nice hideaway for a couple, friends or young family. Local cafes, hotels and shops are a 15 min walk. Perfect for walkers, cyclists & birdwatchers. The host is a local artist and conservationist who helped create the Arran Marine Protected Area. Good to book Calmac ferries at the same time.

This home is a short walk to the train station which is 6 mins to Troon and 45 mins to the centre of Glasgow This fabulous bright and spacious home is a short walk from the airport, train station, beach, the world famous Prestwick golf club and all local amenities, including a wide array of excellent restaurants and bars. Fully furnished kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. We have a dog secure garden and a shed to lock bikes in. We are between 10/30 mins from 3 of the 7stanes cycling trails and 6 miles from several beaches or hills for walking. You are 5 mins drive away from the market town of Castle Douglas.

Springwell cottage has been recently renovated. Centrally heated with living room underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. Can sleep 4 adults and 2 infants or 2 adults and 2 children. We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs no larger than a Labrador. Separate garden for guests use. Safe little beach and swings just across the road . Start of the Goatfell path 5 min walk away. Corrie hotel bar 5 min walk and dog friendly Also Mara seafood cabin and Deli take away or eat in .

The Shepherds Cottage is situated on the south end of the Isle of Bute. Can sleep 4 adults, and one infant, or 2 adults and 2 children. We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs. 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the West Island Way and St. Blains Chapel. A 15-20 minute drive gets you to Rothesay. An ideal place for walkers, or families for adventurous holidays. On a working farm with sheep and cattle, so expect some sounds and noises at times.

My cottage is situated in the heart of the conservation village of Houston which boasts several good pubs and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Only 10 minutes from Glasgow airport and 20 minutes to Glasgow city centre means it would suit both business persons or tourists alike. My place is ideal for those wishing to explore the Clyde coast and nearby islands of Bute, Cumbrae and Arran. In addition Loch Lomond is a mere thirty minutes drive away.
