Kada su u pitanju atraktivne celine objekta - izdvaja se moderni bazen sa dekorativnim platoom gde se možete opustiti. Poseduje prostranu dnevnu sobu, sa trpezarijom i kuhinjom. Postoje dve spavaće sobe, od kojih jedna ima bračni krevet, a druga krevet na sprat. Ležaj u dnevnom boravku je na razvlačenje, pa se tako može adaptirati u još jedan bračni krevet. Ukupan spavaći kapacitet je -6.

Belgrade story

The apartment is full renovated a few months ago and everything is brand new. In the bedroom there is a large comfortable double bed and one big sofa bed in the living room. All in discreet led light. In the kitchen you can enjoy a modern flat-screen cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a large bar table. The bathroom is glazed with marble ceramics, it is very compact and clean. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, hygiene sets.

City loft

My guests will be checked in online at the police station. Apartment is within a walking distance to the city centre (2 km to Saint Marks Church) and is well connected with trams. Nearby is a market, bakeries, rastaurants. The main street called Bulevar kralja Aleksandra is very famous street with lots of shops, cafes and historical buildings. My apartment is in an old building, on the 3. floor (by serbian standards high ground floor is uncountable), no elevator.

Up for rent is bright, peaceful and cozy studio apartment ( 35m2 ) located in Belgrade city center. Apartment is on the last ( third ) floor of the building that has no elevator. It is studio type of apartment, meaning living room, kitchen and bedroom are not separated. It has a private balcony. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with basic condiments. Located in a quiet neighborhood, building surrounded with trees.
