The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. The Cart Lodge

Recently renovated, detached stable and cart lodge, in the centre of one of Suffolk's finest villages. 400 yards from two excellent pubs and a village shop. The Cowshed is the perfect boutique style cosy rural retreat set within the Suffolk Countryside. A self-contained single story 2 bed conversion set within a courtyard but offering privacy and your own garden. Contemporary and stylish with luxury amenities. Suitable for a couple who want to get away from it or two friends (having a room each) or a family with younger children. We are dog friendly too and the garden is fully fenced. Please note we only allow 2 adults per booking and not 4.

There is an abundance of foot paths and wild life all around the property and only a 10 mins walk to the village of Hartest which has a great country pub. Close to market town of Bury St Edmunds and villages of Lavenham and Long Melford this is a perfect place to explore suffolk.

The Old Stables

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

The Granary - Stylish converted farm building

The Granary has been stylishly converted and is situated on a quiet country lane in the picturesque and historic village of Groton. Set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside, just a few miles from several picture postcard villages, including Kersey and Lavenham. With miles of quiet lanes and footpaths and pubs within walking distance, it is ideally placed for walkers, cyclists and country lovers. Relax and unwind in this rural idyll - a perfect base for exploring Suffolk.

The Hayloft - Barn Conversion in Lovely Rural Area

The Hayloft is a light, spacious, open-plan, self catering unit for two. A romantic countryside retreat within part of Deepwell Barn, a converted grade II listed thatched building. Lovely walks, bike rides and pubs nearby. Close to Lavenham, Bury St Edmunds and picturesque local villages. As well as a private enclosed garden, guests have use of the larger garden, with fire pit, hammock and BBQ, a lovely setting in which to unwind and enjoy the countryside.

The Coach House

A beautifully renovated self-contained coach house set in the grounds of Pound Hall, enjoying stunning views of Melford Hall and the beautiful countryside. Sleeping 4 in 2 bedrooms, with a sofa bed, ideal for a child in the sitting area. The Coach House offers luxury accommodation with a private garden opening onto fields and is a 5 minute walk from Holy Trinity Church and the village. The owners live on site and are on hand to accommodate requests.

Cosy barn in beautiful rural setting

Bradleys Barn is a converted stable situated on the farm which has been in our family for 120 years. It’s last inhabitants were Dapper, a Clydesdale and Prince, a Suffolk Punch, in the 1940s. We hope you enjoy your stay here and please explore our woodland walks looking out for buzzards, deer, brown hares and kites. We are located on the Essex Way as you will see on the map in the hallway. This is very good for walking and mountain biking.
