This apartment was made "for the owner" and all the details were carefully thought out. An apartment is located in a building constructed in 2008. The apartment has a panoramic view of Saint Piter's church and Old Town's roofs. To Daugava river and restaurants 100 meters or 1 minute on foot. A cozy small apartment in the center of the Old City, located on the 2nd floor of a historic renovated building .2 windows with blackout curtains overlook a quiet courtyard. Everything you need for a comfortable stay for 2 people: self-arrival 24 hours a day, fast WI-FI and digital TV, a kitchen with all necessary equipment , a sleeping area with a folding sofa bed , a bathroom with a rain shower, hairdryer, other useful things. We are especially careful about cleanliness of the apartment.

The property is on the edge of a forest where you can wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a sauna, a toilet, a shower, as well as a kitchen. In addition, guests can also dine outside on the terrace. On the 2nd floor of Skrasti there is a double bedroom, a pull-out sofa and a rooftop room with 2 single and 1 double bed.

Our apartment is a romantic place, suitable for couples, companies of friends, individual travelers and business trips. There is a free parking space in front of our apartment.
