We are a friendly family run equestrian centre providing room only accommodation in a Private Annex. Situated in a countryside setting but only 10 minutes from Whitley Bay town centre and the beautiful sea front, vibrant shops and restaurants. The Farm is also on the vast Wagon Way network of country trails and cycle ways so is ideal for walkers and cyclists. We have 3 furry children Bizzy,Bella and Bonny (our dogs) roaming freely on site as well as “Cayla”the friendly farm cat.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom overlooks the farm yard and has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds overlooking the rear garden. There is an additional side garden area with shepherds hut garden room to enjoy.

Heaton has been recognised as one of the best places in the UK to live according to The Times. The flat is located opposite a fantastic coffee shop and a well-stocked corner shop. The number 1 bus stop is right outside and leaves every 10 mins making it really easy to get to town.
