Our 1BR unit is in a compound located in Bantayan, Dgte City. This Unit is at the ground floor for ease access. The unit has it's own bedroom good for 2 - 3 persons, a spacious washroom, kitchenette with fire protection & alarm system. Our location offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, with easy access to shops, restaurants, markets, schools, and key landmarks. You’ll be just minutes away from the city’s main attractions, yet still able to enjoy a peaceful and cozy environment.

Rhumbutan Beach House - Ocean Front and quiet

Rhumbutan House is located on the west coast of Siquijor Island on a low bluff above a narrow beach (15m wide) with incredible sunset views to Apo Island. Two air conditioned bedrooms, a small private plunge / swimming pool in the front garden overlooking the sea. A large shaded front deck and direct beach access. At high tide the sea almost reaches the garden; at low tide a rocky platform is exposed where locals search for shellfish in the traditional way. Tropical gardens. There are no hawkers

The pool is on the neighboring property (D&D Resort) and can be used for a small daily fee of around $2 per person. The accommodation is located in a typical Filipino settlement. The WiFi has a high speed of 16.8 Mbps download and 3.33 Mbps upload. The normal Check-In time is between 15 pm and 20 pm. If other time is needed please ask Keith.

This duplex style house has local original artwork on the walls and close to the much loved cozy Baha Ba’r restaurant (100% wood and Filipino design). The accommodation is nestled in a lush garden setting 30m from the road (no noise) and only 40 metres from the ocean with a small beach accessed by a sandy path. Chada na balay

Combination of native and modern house design, well lighted, ventilated and cool. A 3 minute (150m) walk to a clean gray sand beach with living colorful coral reefs. You need to wear slippers though as there are plenty of rocks. Fans are comfortable enough as there is plenty of breeze coming from sea and the property is surrounded by trees and plants. About 25mins commute to the city by jeepney or tricycle.
