The house is NOT air-conditioned but the temperature is comfortable inside. A traditional-modern house in a province that has a lot of dogs and roosters! (They are everywhere on the island). A house not far from Paliton beach, and a 5-7 minute drive to restaurants, bar and cafés. There is also a restobar nearby. Has an outdoor kitchen and is equipped for longer stay. (30% off for monthly stay and 7% off for weekly)

Combination of native and modern house design, well lighted, ventilated and cool. A 3 minute (150m) walk to a clean gray sand beach with living colorful coral reefs. You need to wear slippers though as there are plenty of rocks. Fans are comfortable enough as there is plenty of breeze coming from sea and the property is surrounded by trees and plants. About 25mins commute to the city by jeepney or tricycle.

Sascha"s place have the best spot for snorkeling, We have also a very quite place with a huge garden, if you are a dog lover, we have 5 cute friendly jackrussels to play. The rooms is a Swiss standard and very cozy and comfortable. you can alao use my private kitchen if you want to cook. i have also motorbike for rent. :)
