This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. Nice apartment in the old part of town called Radunica (Split). Completely restored stone house is situated a few minutes away from the center of Split, the ferry port, railway station and the main bus station. The main town beach, Bačvice, is also located 5 min from apartment. The apartment has 2 separate beds but they can be put together. There is also a kitchen and a small table outside. You are welcome to use the Pool, relax and enjoy the sun on the terrace!!!
