Vom Balkon aus haben sie die einzigartige Aussicht auf den wunderschönen Königssee. Die Jennerbahn erreichen sie in ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß. Ebenso die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Almhütte im Bergparadies

Die Almhütte im Bergparadies liegt inmitten der beeindruckenden Kärntner Bergwelt und lädt zu zahlreichen Wanderungen in unmittelbarer Umgebung ein. Die Almhütte kann als Selbstversorgerhütte genutzt werden, man kann sich aber auch in der benachbarten Kohlmaierhuette*.at kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen. In der Holzsauna kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und die absolute Ruhe der Berge genießen, ein anschließender Sprung in den Teich ist nur was für hartgesottene ;) Genießen hoch oben.

Die Wohnung, mit Aussicht auf die Bergen von Gastein steht zu Verfügung mit eine Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine sowie Backofen komplett vollausgestattet. Bad/ WC mit Badewanne, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und eine ausziehbaren Couch, zusätzlich Einbauschrank mit Spiegel. Bett für 2 Personen. WLAN ist für sie kostenfrei, sowie auch kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Balkon mit sitz Möglichkeit. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden gegenüber eine gebühr.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Hello and welcome to Alpegg Chalets! In 2016, we, Cornelia and Roland, fulfilled our dream in Cornelias hometown of Waidring, specifically in the quaint district of Alpegg. With meticulous attention to detail and a lot of passion, we built our Alpegg Chalets: six cozy chalets made from natural wood, ideal for hiking days, ski vacations, or relaxing wellness retreats. Our motto is to arrive, feel at home, and experience nature, and we look forward to welcoming you to our chalets!

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie das große Sofa im Wohnzimmer bieten einen Schlafplatz für 3 Personen. Ein privater Parkplatz sowie eine sichere Garage für 2 Motorräder und Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes sind vorhanden.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.
