The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Poggio del Fattore is situated at the eastern edge of the Chianti region in Valdambra, a green valley that joins the lands of Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The farmstead is on the top of an hill and lies at the end of a long private road through a large olive growing estate; therefore you absolutely need a car. The breathtaking landscapes and the location of the villa offer the privacy needed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday and a perfect departure point from which to explore central Tuscany.

E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 15€ a persona (10€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni). Country house from 1700s, used till 90s as a farm, now wisely renewed to realise a delicious B&B with 4 bedrooms (each with private bathroom) in pure Tuscan style. You will have the EXCLUSIVE use of the ground floor of the villa, together with the pool, all the outside areas, the kitchen with all the appliances and yard with fresh vegetables. You will not have to share the location with other people, we rent to single groups/families to ensure you can enjoy your privacy and a pleasant stay.

L'appartamento indipendente si trova a 15km da Siena, 20 km dai centri Termali e a 40 minuti dai borghi di san Gimignano e Monteriggioni. Nel complesso è presente un'azienda agricola che produce vini e olio con la possibilità di visite guidate e degustazione dei nostri prodotti con cene a tema.

The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. It is equipped with a double bedroom, a large living room with a big table, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed in front of the fireplace, in the living room. Outside, the patio will allow you to eat with the colors of the sunset as a backdrop.

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
