My home is a charming and well-maintained property that offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, yet it remains accessible to downtown. The townhouse is a multilevel concept with the lobby, laundry and storage on 1st level, kitchen - living room on the 2nd, guest room and dedicated bathroom on the 3rd, and owner’s living spaces on the 4th and 5th. The guest room offers a great view and lots of sunlight. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own meals with ease.

Nursing Station - West Wing

Welcome to quiet and beautiful Apex, the original inuit settlement of Iqaluit. We have tundra at our doorstep and wilderness just across the street, great for hiking - and skiing in the winter. The old Nursing Station was built in 1955 and is one of the oldest buildings. It has endured every blizzard so far. Only 5 min. walk to the shore and the old Hudson Bay post. All necessary amenities are 8 minutes drive away, including museum, restaurants, movie theatre, grocery stores, e.c.
