Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

80m2 apartment on the third floor overlooking the historic center and partially on the Vena canal, 150 meters from the boats to / from Venice, with air conditioning. Consisting of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with a convertible sofa, a brand new kitchen, a bathroom, and with a terrace from which you can also see the lagoon and the port. La Maison du Flaneur è collocata nel centro storico di Chioggia, vicino al vaporetto per Venezia e per le isole della Laguna. Si trova nei pressi del campanile con l'orologio mediovale più antico del mondo. Ed è a solo 1 km dalla bellissima spiaggia di Sottomarina. La casa è situata a pochi passi dal parcheggio comunale. Al piano terra potrete trovare la Hall e il deposito per le bici. Gli alloggi sono dotati di molti comfort, tra cui una splendida terrazza al piano superiore.

In the heart of the historical town, in a renovated building: 1st floor, well equipped (fibre WLAN), air conditioning, two bedrooms, bright & quiet sidestreet from the main promenade alley, about 500m from buses or boats to Venice (60/90 minutes to St Mark's square and direct bus from/to Venice airport). Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized with OZONE. I own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).

The apartment is located on the Giudecca island and belongs to the historical center of Venice . The most exciting thing when you arrive by boat is the wonderful view of the Giudecca Canal . A view that opens the heart and has captivated many artists who frequented the city .This part of Venice, perhaps one of the few that remained authentic, has been preserved from the arrival chaotic of the tourism with its own cultural and residential rooted tradition.

Appartamento vicino al mare (400 metri), spiaggia, fermata dell'autobus per Venezia (20 metri), supermercato, farmacia, pasticcerie e ristoranti. L'alloggio offre le comodità ed il comfort di una struttura appena ristrutturata; è dotato di aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno e TV. Perfetto per famiglie con bambini, coppie, o per chi viaggia per lavoro. Inoltre è comodissimo anche per raggiungere Venezia in soli 55 minuti di autobus.

Chioggia è un'isola della laguna dove vivere un turismo slow, infatti dista 25 Miglia dal caos di Venezia!!! La struttura è situata nel centro storico - tra le vecchie strade (calli) vicino ai canali e alla laguna - vicino a bar, ristoranti, bacari e taverne. A 50 metri dai trasporti pubblici acquei, 1,5 Km a piedi dalla spiaggia di Sottomarina, oppure 20 min. con i mezzi pubblici per la spiaggia dell'Oasi Naturale dell'Isola di Caroman.
