The accommodation is located in the historic center, in a very quiet neighborhood. Double bedroom, a single one, and a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum of 5 guests.The kitchen is equipped with every comfort and utensils. TV in each bedroom and the living room. Bed linens and towels are provided. Wi-Fi is available.A washer/dryer is available.A small outdoor garden and a terrace with a splendid panoramic view are also available. The cottage is near the Ex Campo della Fiera public parking lot.

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Sono ammessi animali domestici di piccola taglia con il pagamento di un piccolo supplemento. Viene fornita la colazione in modalità self-service così da usufruirne in piena autonomia. Il rustico si trova a 4 km da Castell'Azzara, immerso nel verde di un oliveta composta da 38 ulivi e alberi da frutto e circondato da terreni boschivi e pascoli di proprietà, si affaccia sulla valle offrendo una vista mozzafiato a 180° partendo a nord con la Fortezza di Radicofani fino a scendere verso ovest per perdersi all'orizzonte tra i Monti Sibillini. Distante 300 mt dalla strada provinciale è raggiungibile da una strada bianca.
