Located just four blocks from beautiful downtown Bainbridge, this one bedroom, one bath historic shotgun house was recently moved to Broughton Street from across town and fully renovated by your host. Enjoy a taste of an original tiny home with big personality! Home includes free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and tips from your host on favorite local stops. Pet friendly stay perfect for walks through historic downtown Bainbridge for pets under 50 pounds with a $75 pet fee.

The Cottage on Park Ave.

The Cottage is a detached , private building. The COTTAGE has a high-end, very comfortable queen size bed , high-end linens, and feather pillows. Also a medium sized TV in the sleeping area, on the wall for separate viewing. The Cottage has a new state of the art smart A/C and heating system , with full heating and cooling. It has granite counter top kitchenette. There is a full bathroom. The living room has a 32 inch flatscreen TV and a couch that can double for a BED.

Whether you're here for homecoming or traveling for work, our home is nestled in a quiet community a short drive from local restaurants, shops, hospitals and the local Universities. Goat House Farm is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational farm. All profits go toward supporting the mission of the farm. Come and de-stress by snuggling our goats. These bouncing bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a bumpy dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking and hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.

The is one of the largest houses in this area, with plenty of room for a large family or extended family. The second story has one bedroom and a big loft. The dock is large, with two covered boat slots with lifts. Seasonally, the boat dock provides good fishing. The neighborhood is safe for walks and family activities.
