A bright and comfortable detached house with a contemporary feel, and a lovely garden and saltwater pool to enjoy. Enjoy sea and sunset views from our two balconies at the level of the tree canopy, with outdoor barbecue and dining on the garden terrace. Sea breezes further cool this private-feeling oasis, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans for nighttime comfort. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a perfect base to explore the area, but not suitable for parties. A car is essential.

English: We transformed Cal Joanet, an old shepherd's hut in the village, in a cozy and functional home while preserving the original character (stone walls, wooden beams). You'll have the whole house for you and all amenities. Gracias al anterior habitante de la casa, un entrañable inglés, hemos podido hacer realidad nuestro proyecto: una antigua casa rehabilitada con encanto: una de las casas más antiguas de la población que hemos rehabilitado personalmente con mucho cariño y en la que hemos intentado mantener los elementos originales (vigas de madera, escalera, arco de piedra) sin perder nada de comodidad. Su color blanco invita a la tranquilidad y te recuerda lo cerca del mar que está.

The house is located in a very centric area. Two to ten minutes walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, discos and train station.
