The spacious open floor plan inside includes one queen bed, a full bathroom, a stocked kitchen, and a large countertop/bar for food preparation, eating and entertaining. The large balcony/patio outside includes a charcoal grill, and wicker furniture. The following utilities are Included: AC, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, purified drinking water via garrafon (a large jug), space heater and basic consumables.

Off-the-grid solar powered thatched roof studio house with Starlink internet, located nearby dive shops, restaurants and swimming beach. There is a faucet mounted drinking water filter. Kitchenette set up to cook simple meals. Parking located 2 small blocks away from the house. Bring cash for your expenses in Cabo Pulmo. There is a restaurant/dive shop near the surf hut and has potential for generator noise. Firm policy: no kids under 10 years old, no pets. Bring your battery if using a CPAP.

We are a 5 minute drive to the village of Los Barriles and a 5 minute walk to Tres Palapas pickleball courts. All of our beautiful casitas have full kitchens, Wi-Fi, 55" TVs, A/C, king size beds, sofa, and large patios with tables and chaise lounges. We offer light housekeeping. Adults only no pets. The ground floor features a full kitchen, living area, a queen bed separated by a pony wall, a pull-out sofa, and a spacious bathroom. The first floor is reached by an external staircase, and features a terrace, and a bedroom with twin beds and a second bathroom. The terrace is protected from the winds, and has a great view out to sea and the mountains.
