Sea Side is a beautiful recently built project set on over an acre of land with great amenities right by the Pacific Ocean. The property is set in the heart of Las Tunas, adjacent to the Bocana Las Tunas which is home to a turtle hatchery, at the best location in town where you can marvel from the rooftop terrace at the whales breaching, wind your way down a sandy path through the dune-grass to stroll miles of pristine white sand beach, or take part in one of the daily sunset turtle-releases.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

"Casa Mar" is a unique Mexican style home with arched doorways, locally made floor tiles and woodwork throughout, and modern with all amenities. The ocean view upon entering the house takes your breath away. All three bedrooms have king- size beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers. The terraces offer seclusion for sunbathing and relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy three outdoor dining areas including the rooftop. The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay on my sailboat "Delirio" ( 28 ft) anchored in secluded Bahia Concepción. The ocean waves will rock you to sleep while you enjoy the beautiful night sky. The morning sun will wake you up just in time, if you are lucky, to catch a glimpse of the curious dolphins swimming by the bay. It truly is an experience like no other! But if you’re less adventurous, ask me for options.
