Welcome to "Villa Esperanza". Only seconds to the beach! We are so happy to get to share our space with you. We have a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room with seating for 10 people, an outdoor patio, hammocks, outdoor shower, and an above ground pool. Our beach home is airy, bright & beautifully decorated. The patio and backyard are fully fenced and large enough for all family activities. The home is located on a small gated community that consists of only 12 lots, very calm and private.

Malecon Beach House, Steps to the Caribbean Ocean

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

Guests will be assigned to one of our private pools (May - November) across the street on our main property, as well as pickleball, corn hole, basketball, and hiking on the 15-acre hillside of Casa Wurster where they can enjoy stunning panoramic views and even catch a glimpse of some colorful island iguanas. This bay earned its name because it is sheltered by a large reef, providing not only amazing snorkeling, but beautiful calm Caribbean seas to gaze out on from your house. There are several bars and restaurants in walking distance, and if you're lucky you may see a manatee swimming by in the backyard!

It has two rooms with air conditioning, heater, Internet, Wifi, TV. All bedding is included. It is for 7 people. It has 1 parking. It is 8 minutes from the surfer beach "Inches". It has restaurants 5 minutes away. Supermarkets and bakeries 7 minutes away. Charcoal BBQ. The ceiling is 6' 5" high. There are common areas.

La Cottage, Ocean Front House

Beautiful beach getaway on the scenic, protected bay of Patillas. Large terrace just steps away from the water where you can often see manatees feeding in the mornings. 4 bedroom/3.5 bath, large, fully equipped kitchen, open living area with cozy living room, dining room, and family room. Very close to restaurants, surfing, public beaches, and parks. Wonderfully suited for couples as well as families.

Chili's Off Grid Beach Getaway!

We are a cozy, rustic, off-grid style getaway. The house is modest, but the location is perfect. Safe, gated (controlled access) neighborhood where walking/biking is safe and enjoyable for any person at any time. 5-8 minute walk from the beach. 20 minute drive from the river. We intentionally don't have wifi - you'll have to talk to each other or go on an adventure instead :)
