It's all about the location! Walk right out to the beach and boardwalk. Spend your days on the beach and walk to everything--Mission Bay, bars, restaurants, Crystal Pier, Belmont Park, etc. Leave your car at home because finding street parking can be difficult. Our second-floor studio is perfect for one person or a couple. Unplug for a few days or a week. Enjoy the unobstructed ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Bird Rock Warrior Studio 3 feet to Ocean Park

True, there is no direct view of the ocean from your Studio. BUT if you walk about 40 feet by the house, there is an ocean park right next door. It is perfect for drinking a morning coffee and listening the waves. It is the spot where locals hanging out. It is next to one of the most popular surfing spots in San Diego. Great for sun bathing and picnic. Close to a few sandy beaches. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. The Pacific Beach night life is 5 mins drive away.
