La villa esta situada en un lugar paradisiaco entre mar y montaña., hay un inmenso bosque a 500m para los que les gustan el senderismo. La terrasa es muy grande con pergola i barbacoa, la piscina de 9x4,5.. Preciosas vistas al mar desde la casa, y solarium con mas vistas. Playas a 3km, 4km, comercios 3km. Bares y restaurantes a 1km.. Ideal para familias que buscan tranquilidad. Apta para teletrabajar con un wiffi de 50mg empliable a 100mg. Muy comoda tambien en invierno con chimenea pellets.
