North Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre, along with IKEA, Costco and all the big names are also within a 10-minute drive.

If you wish, use the space for a pilates / yoga workout or sit back and catch up on your favourite movies and shows or just float in the pool. It is a 3 minutes to from Scarborough's village and beach, with restaurants, cafes, bars, parks, walking and cycling tracks. Escape from the everyday and treat yourself.

We live in a quiet neighborhood. This unit is suited to a working couple or mature people. The self contained unit is attached to the main house. It is large & airy with lovely country views, ample off road parking, private patio and enclosed back garden. Enjoy the large comfortable living area with fans & reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout. Bedroom 1 is large & comfortable & has a QS bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Use of all amenities is included & free WIFI.
