We fell in love with Rovinj and decided to buy an apartment here in the old town. We just finished renovating it and are over the moon with the result. We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away. The location is just perfect.

Arena & Seaview Luxury Residence

Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. AlPe Mar

Apartment AlPe Mar is located in the heart of the old town of Rovinj, inside the walking zone. The apartment has a terrace with a beautiful sea view where you can look at the beautiful old town of Rovinj. It was completely renovated in May 2020. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and living room, one double bedroom, a bathroom, a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning.
