Village & country paradise in UNESCO heritage site

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

The Casita is only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Soller Town, which gives the perfect mix of mountain seclusion and town living. Fast and consistent Wifi, A/C, king sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, TV, BBQ, wood stove, towels, linen and washing machine. The Casita has everything that you would need for the perfect getaway.

San Telmo is a small and picturesque village between sea and mountain located in front of the natural park of La Dragonera. Sunsets that light up the sky, the sound of the waves, the sea breeze... Es Bellveret is a cozy finca with amazing peaceful views and a 15 meter long infinity pool of salt water ideal to relax and enjoy the Majorcan sun only surrounded by nature and the sound of birds. It is close to the towns of Manacor, Sant Llorenç and Artà as well as to many beaches. The style is a blend of modern and rustic decorated with traditional Mallorcan details. If you want to relax within the mountains and coasts of Mallorca do not hesitate to visit us.

SMALL PARADISE IN THE MIDDLE OF MALLORCA

El Niu (¨the little nest¨ in Mallorquin) is embedded in the greenery between ALGAIDA and RANDA, like a small nest. BOOKING POSSIBLE FOR AUTUMN AND WINTER as there is a nice new PELLET OVEN. You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

The house is located close to Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, between vineyards. Just to 20 minutes from the airport or Palma City. Excellent place for cycling routes, tracking or golf (Golf Park Mallorca Puntiro) and of course, visit our beautiful and warm beaches

La casa consta de una sola planta, ofreciendo comodidad, paz y bien estar, siendo un emplazamiento ideal para una estancia relajada en la isla.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
