There are only few terraces like this: Dubrovnik's Old Town in front of you and the clear Adriatic Sea behind it. The apartment is situated at the top of the house, it is perfectly romantic for the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. We offer accommodation which consists of one apartment, 50 m2 large (suitable for 2+2) with an amazing sea and Old Town view. It has 1 bedroom ( double bed), living room ( couch - made into 1 double bed), kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and perfect for morning running or for night walks. Old Town is just few minutes walking distance, as well as the closest beach and many restaurants. Apartment is in one level, there is no lot of stairs, its on the first floor of the building. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe and air-condition, opposite is a bathroom with shower. There is also spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen. From living room you can reach second bedroom with separate beds and small bathroom. From double bedroom and living room you can access terrace with furniture where you can relax, dine and enjoy the view. The apartment is in nice position, walking distance from, center, nearest beach, restaurants, bars and markets. Hvar is a well preserve island with a unique vibe, where you can experience history and tradition, culture and have relaxing fun vocation. Guest will have access to the property private parking. Full privacy is guaranteed. We are available for questions before arrival through mail or phone. During the stay we respect your privacy but are more than happy to share tips on the island and things to do and see. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the center of picturesque Hvar with its restaurants and bars, and just ten minutes from the most beautiful beach on the island, Pokonji Dol. Although the mail spots are walking distance (beach, port, riva, city center, markets, restaurants, bars, clubs), it is convenient to rent a car to drive around the island to discover its well preserved villages and hidden beaches. Taxi is available near main square and there is also bus station.

This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms.
