The second floor contains a loft BR with full bath. Located on wooded acreage with over a half mile of walking trails to beautiful Canton Creek with overlooking treehouse and hot tub. Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

Get away from the city and enjoy the farm life of Cherokee County. This 2.5 acre mini farm will instantly help you unwind from the stresses of daily life while the cozy farmhouse will welcome you with its charming interior, dream kitchen, and peaceful back porch. Table Root Farm is home to 8 chickens and a large garden and sits only an hour from Elijay and all North Georgia has to offer and is an easy <1hr drive from downtown Atlanta. We do need to be on the property daily to care for the farm.

Come rest and enjoy all the comforts of a unique space within walkable distance to the happenings of main street downtown Ball Ground. It was our home for 10 years before we built the larger main house for our growing family which is located in front of the guesthouse. This farm has been our home for 30 years.
