Cozy at C is a small, but roomy, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to a grass backyard and private parking. Amenities include, high speed wireless internet, a smart TV, brand new appliances and an Arcade "Multicade" that has 800 free-to-play video games from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. And of course, a comfy clean bed and furniture. I strive to provide a safe, quiet, clean and inexpensive accommodations for each guest.

The house is centrally-located in the heart of Pineville. It is minutes away from Rapides & Cabrini hospitals, good eats, and Kees Park (splash pad open in summer). Visiting family, sporting event, work, or wedding (6.5 miles Josephine & 10.5 miles Magnolia Bend, we are ready to be your home away from home!

Lone Pine Cottage - Hardtner House's Little Sister

LONE PINE COTTAGE (Hardtner House's Little Sister) is on the same 2 acre park-like property of the main house. This 600sf beauty is elegant, charming and comfortable including Living room with twin Murphy bed, small Kitchen with refrigerator-freezer, counter-top oven, microwave, coffee-maker, sink, kitchen basics, dining table-chairs. The bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, sofa, reading area, closet and vanity/lavatory. The bath includes a "wet bath" with shower. Sleeps 2 or 3.

Nestled amongst the tall timbers of The Kisatchie National Forest you'll find respite in KK's Little Cottage. The cottage is located down a dead end gravel road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. Welcome to our cozy space, enjoy!!
