The perfect place to base yourself to explore Ballarat with easy access to all parts of this historic city. Our Chiro Contour mattresses, goose down pillows and extra wool blankets, will help with a restful night’s sleep. Sovereign Hill, Lake Wendouree and the city centre are all within 5min drive. Restaurants and supermarkets are all within 2km. We provide as a starter, milk for your instant or ground coffee or tea and to start your morning we supply a sour dough loaf and spreads.

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.
