A beautiful old home with high ceilings renovated into this century. A master fit for a queen with equally delightful double room and single room. Located in central Ballarat with in walking distance to many cafes, Lake Wendouree, sporting facilities and public transport. This home is family friendly with full cooking, washing and bathroom. Set among an abundant and lively garden, The Barn is our fully detached, unique guest house. The building was originally a fully functional blue stone farm barn but since owning the property we have converted the space into an open plan house, complete with kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two mezzanine bedrooms. The outside remains in its original state while the inside has been decorated with a collection of artwork and objects from our travels overseas.
