We are in walking distance from 32 wine tasting rooms, 3 vineyards, and 3 good restaurants. FYI: We use unscented cleaning products and the suite is always pet-free ( our sensitive guests need to know).

Centrally located between Solvang and Los Olivos, both just a bike ride away, enjoy wine tasting, hiking, and so much more in this quaint area. This cottage is located on a quiet street with quiet neighbors. Just a quick walk down the street to the Historic Ballard School. Bobs Well Bread is 3 doors down from the cottage! Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or just coffee and baked goods Thursday-Monday!

Rustic retreat

This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay.

We are centrally located in downtown Ballard. Walk or bike to Lincourt, Rideau, Buttonwood, and more. The town of Los Olivos is approx. 2 miles away, a nice, easy bike ride or a short drive. Take a moment to view our posted guidebook for several local dining options, and Bob's Well Bread is within walking distance for breakfast or lunch (open Thurs thru Monday). And of course, we're happy to make recommendations for dining options upon request.

This cozy cottage is located in scenic Ballard Canyon amid lush vineyards and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The house is situated on a 5 acre ranch and features high end modern appliances, entertainment system and hot tub. The two-bedroom one-bath cottage is located halfway between Solvang and the quaint town of Los Olivos. Stroll remote country lanes and enjoy views of rolling hills and the nearby goats, llamas and horses!

So enjoyed being out of town, but so close to everything! Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay. ***What a wonderful studio that offers beautiful views of the mountains.
