We offer a peaceful respite from everyday life. Park your car for the weekend, and enjoy yourself. The bed is big and luscious. The bathroom is ample. There's a private dressing area, a zoom room, a courtyard for dining, and an additional dedicated seating area in a sun-spangled exotic garden. We are in walking distance from 32 wine tasting rooms, 3 vineyards, and 3 good restaurants. FYI: We use unscented cleaning products and the suite is always pet-free ( our sensitive guests need to know).

Set on an established winery estate in the Santa Ynez Valley, Casa de Brander is a stunning two bedroom Spanish-style home overlooking the Brander Vineyard. Tastefully decorated with Mexican folk art, this is a truly unique property! Located within a five minute walk from Los Olivos Grocery, it will be easy to stock the state-of-the-art kitchen with essentials, or dine out at the many wonderful restaurants in the area. The spacious patio overlooking the vineyards offers ultimate privacy.

Rustic retreat

This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay.

We are centrally located in downtown Ballard. Walk or bike to Lincourt, Rideau, Buttonwood, and more. The town of Los Olivos is approx. 2 miles away, a nice, easy bike ride or a short drive. Take a moment to view our posted guidebook for several local dining options, and Bob's Well Bread is within walking distance for breakfast or lunch (open Thurs thru Monday). And of course, we're happy to make recommendations for dining options upon request.

The guest house is located in a peaceful neighborhood of one-acre lots near the town of Santa Ynez. Bike to town or take a short 5-10 minute drive to Solvang or Los Olivos.
