Find your landing place in a botanical boutique nestled on a quiet neighborhood street centrally located near one of Seattle's most sought-after neighborhoods: Ballard. Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

Relax and unwind in this cozy first-floor unit with private entrance, patio and hot tub. The indoor space has three separate rooms: lovely bedroom with comfy queen bed and closet with dresser, full bathroom with rain shower and tub, and living room with large TV, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea makers. (Note: we DO NOT have a full kitchenette.) The living room sofa unfolds into a double bed. We live upstairs with our elementary schooler, so you will hear signs of life.

Book the HQ today and come enjoy the wonderful restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The HQ is a duplex, not suitable for children. No pets, smoking, or parties. Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath house located in the charming Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle. There are two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable king size bed to ensure you have a restful night's sleep. Just a block away from a grocery store where you can stock up on essentials and two blocks away from a plethora of bars, restaurants, and shops. You'll never be bored with all the options available to you! Each bedroom has a 12k BTU window AC unit.
