Escape to the countryside in our 5500 sq. ft modern farmhouse, surrounded by 40 acres of serene, cherry blossom like Almond trees. Enjoy fresh county air and put your mind at ease. Access all the amenities including 2 large living rooms with 85 inch and 70 inch TVs, fully equiped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms connected by closet and hallway. One bedroom connected to master bedroom via sliding door.

Citrus Executive Farmhouse Downtown+Summer “Pool”

This place recently underwent another renovation leaving its unique charm+ creaky sloping floors while adding modern comforts. It’s located in the same awesome neighborhood as our other homes but on a corner with plenty of free onstreet parking. It’s an easy walk to our awesome downtown with all it’s fabulous bars+ restaurants+ shopping. The wonderful front porch+ other outside spaces+gardens are quite special too; we think you’ll love staying here! And it’s now available for small events too.

Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Open Spacious Poolside Paradise in Modesto

Perfect for singles, couples or small groups! This private poolside retreat allows you to relax and enjoy your time together. Gather in the spacious open kitchen and great room while sharing laughs, chats, and memories. We invite you to bring friends, co-workers, and loved ones under one roof at this home away from home. =) Please note: We can only accommodate 4-5 cars on the property and in the neighborhood court. Please do not book if you plan to have a group with more cars than that.

Peaceful & Relaxing Country Home

Our home is located in central San Joaquin Valley, amongst the farming industry. Out in the country away from the traffic and noise of town but still close enough to Highway 99 for easy access. A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home. There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.

The Studio

The Studio is a warm and inviting space, custom built as a detached structure in the backyard of a home, located on a quiet, tree lined street. It has a private gated porch and is surrounded by lush plant life. It is fully furnished and loaded with amenities...from appliances, kitchenware and condiments, to personal care items. Comfortably fits 2 adults, featuring a queen size bed with memory foam mattress & topper.

The Heart of the Valley: Smart Modern Farmhouse

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.

🌳 Come enjoy peaceful country living in the heart of the Central Valley’s farming community. 🌳Our tiny home is located behind our main house, but is outside the main yard. 🌳The cottage is 1/2 mile off Highway 99 and just a few miles from Atwater’s shopping and restaurants. 🌳Yosemite National Park, Carmel Beach, and San Francisco are all roughly 2 hours from here.
