Surrounded by towering trees, the treehouse provides a unique experience year round—from relaxing in the hot-tub on a snowy night, to stargazing by the campfire. This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

Sleep inside 185 years of history. This one-room schoolhouse was built in 1840, and has been completely renovated into a private retreat for two — original timbers and antique sliding doors preserved, modernized around a king bed, propane fireplace, private hot tub on the covered deck, and an oversized rain-shower for two. An hour from Saratoga, easy reach to Cobleskill, Howe Caverns, and the southern Adirondacks. Built for couples who want somewhere that doesn't feel like everywhere else.

We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of us!
