This modern, luxurious cottage is truly special. It is located in the Tawnawully mountains by Lough Eske. It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. There is a castle to explore in the town and a wonderful craft village with a very good cafe. Ten minutes drive to Harveys Point and twelve minutes from Lough Eske castle, both reputable 5 * hotels.

The historic Donegal Town Centre is only a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk. We have Lidl Supermarket, Supermacs and Papa Johns Pizza less than a 1 minute drive or 3 minute walk. Ideal location for touring close to glenveagh national park and derryveagh mountains. 25 minutes drive to Gartan outdoor centre where there are lots of activities kayaking ,canoeing etc.Very popular area for fishing and hillwalking.

Joe's Cottage

Set in 20 acres of private land, Joe's Cottage is a traditional Irish cottage located in Cloghan, in the heart of County Donegal. Carefully restored in 2015, the cottage’s interior is decorated in a ‘modern cottage’ style, whilst retaining a traditional feel. The comfortable furnishings, log burners, original artworks and attention to detail make this such a special place to stay.
