This is a one bedroom self catering apartment that sleeps up to four (use of an IKEA sofa bed,) in sitting room. Will suit families, student travelers, business clients needing accommodation for that early business meeting, bikers for the North West. Desertmartin mix just 4-5 miles, all kinds of travellers from all backgrounds. Seamus Heaney Centre approx 6 miles, Sperrin Mountains within 5 minute drive. Dogs welcome but limited to max of 2 and you must book these at time of booking yourself.

Magherafelt has some of the best sporting facilities on the Island of Ireland, including a 50 metre pool, large indoor arena, running track and 4G pitch. Magherafelt has excellent restaurants and entertainment. The town enjoys a wonderful central location within Northern Ireland, with comfortable access to all regional attractions.

Charming cottage in historic Gracehill village, dating back to the 1800's, which has been lovingly restored, is full of character, with modern amenities. The comfortable living room has a working open fire, leading to an eat in kitchen which is well equipped and opens onto an enclosed patio.
